Purchases and shipping are charged in MYR.
For your security, the billing name and address must match the credit card or other method used for payment. Any PayPal account used must be in the name shown on your government issued identification document. Ohnii reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with this or with our other security criteria.
Please note: All orders are placed with OHNII INTERNATIONAL SDN. BHD, which is a Malaysia entity, therefore your card issuer or payment method provider may apply other international bank charges. In addition, if your credit/debit card or other method of payment is not denominated in the currency of your purchase, the final price will be charged in the currency of your card. This will be calculated and charged by your card issuer. Ohnii has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. Please contact your issuing bank for further information before placing your order.
Pre-order
Pre-orderable items
A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon. Pre-order items are shipped upon the arrival of the products in the warehouse within the time that is stated on the item’s purchase page. In case the merchandise in pre-order fails in delivery, ohnii.com will promptly inform and refund customers. ohnii.com will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by circumstances beyond the control of Ohnii that cause pre-ordered products to arrive at the warehouse later than the time specified on the product’s purchase page.
In Pre-order purchases credit cards are debited at the moment the order is placed. Pre-order products that are purchased by bank transfer must be paid for within 3 days of placing the order as stated in the bank transfer guidelines.
Regarding order with available items and pre-orderable items, shipment will happen in 2 different phases:
- Available merchandise will be shipped with standard shipping methods.
- Pre-orderable items will be shipped right after items are available in stock.
Shipping
When shipping your order, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been accepted. If you have a registered account with Ohnii, you may check the status of your order online. Visit My Account, sign in to your account and click the 'Order' tab. Your order status may take up to one hour to update after your order has been placed.
We Ship Worldwide
DELIVERY TIME
Ohnii.com processes orders in Selangor, Malaysia from Monday to Friday. Ohnii.com processes orders the day after the order’s placement, or the next available 1-3 working days. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday, or holiday will be processed the following business day.
Ohnii.com ships within Malaysia via Ninja Van, Singapore via Aramex/ POSMalaysia and rest of the world via DHL Express. Ohnii.com cannot be accountable for  carrier delays or delays caused by holidays, meteorological conditions, customs inspections and other circumstances that are irrelevant to Ohnii.com's control.
Once shipped, arrival time of packages may vary from country to country.
Delivery for shipments addressed to Peninsular Malaysia take approximately 2-5 working days; East Malaysia take approximately 3-6 working days. Delivery for shipments addressed to the Singapore take approximately 3-8 working days. Delivery for shipments addressed to the Rest of the world take approximately 5-10 working days.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs for each specific geographic area are calculated at checkout and listed below.
Please note that in case that, for any reason, customer refuses the delivery of the parcel, shipping costs and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer.
Shipments to countries outside Malaysia (except Singapore & Hong Kong) will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) which means they may be subject to custom fees, import fees and taxes, these are the sole responsibility of the client and will not be reimbursed by Ohnii.
MALAYSIA
The prices shown on Ohnii.com when shipping to Malaysia include import duties, custom fees and taxes and will be delivered with no extra costs.
West Malaysia
Free Shipping: RM350 & Above

East Malaysia

SINGAPORE
The prices shown on Ohnii.com when shipping to Singapore include import duties, custom fees and taxes and will be delivered with no extra costs.

Standard shipping costs: RM35.
Express shipping costs: RM65.
REST OF THE WORLD
Items may be subject to custom fees, import fees and/or taxes, these are the sole responsibility of the client and will not be reimbursed by Ohnii.
Shipping costs: RM150.
Please note: we do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes.
Returns
Customers are permitted to return a portion or the whole parcel of merchandise for exchange with similar product of different size within 30 days after received of the merchandise. This is conditional upon the acceptance of such request by OHNII.COM. Such request shall be forwarded to asia.customerservice@ohnii.com; for acceptance and the said merchandise must be returned in the original conditions as packed by OHNII.COM and should have a copy of the invoice inside.Â
Exchange Policy
Exchange for sizeÂ
Customers are permitted to exchange for similar product of different size depends on the product size availability. Delivery charges for delivery of replacement products to customers and returning the wrong size items to OHNII.COM are at the customer’s expense. Exchange of this nature shall be allowed once only and is conditional on products returned in original unused and sale able condition. If the desired size is out of stock and can not be fulfilled by production, customers is given the choice to select any other replacement product and pay for the price difference. However, no refund will be given in the event that the selling price of the replacement product is lower than the returned products.Â
Manufacturing defects
As producing quality products in this rapidly changing fashion market is our mission, merchandise with manufacturing defects are exchangeable provided the merchandise are returned in original and sale able condition with original conditions as packed by OHNII.COM. Delivery charges for replacement products within Malaysia are to be borne by OHNII.COM whereas delivery charges for replacement products for delivery to other destinations shall be borne by customers.
Ohnii Enterprise hereby disclaims its responsibility for merchandise defects due to customers’ negligence or not insured against damages during the course of shipment.
